Rustlick
WS-5050 is an excellent coolant / water soluble oil that works
well
for lathe turning, milling, drilling and cutting on band saws with most metals.
Rustlick WS-5050 is diluted with 5 to 40 parts water so that 1 gallon provides
a significant volume of coolant. I normally dilute Rustlick WS-5050 with 15
parts of water so that 1 gallon of WS-5050 provides 16 gallons of coolant.
The Rustlick WS-5050 coolant may be applied with a spray bottle, a 1 gallon
bottle with a
sprayer, a garden sprayer or used in a flood type coolant system.
